When not being sailed, Tra Bhui lives in its own boat
shelter which I had originally built to renovate our previous boat – a Lugger-
under. The shelter is the same length as our garage which unfortunately is
considerably shorter than Tra Bhui. This means that the front of Tra Bhui is
exposed to the weather .
Dressed in Blue! |
A cover was required to not only stop Tra Bhui filling with
water, but to stop her filling up with Cats as our neighbours cats had discovered that
they could sit out of the rain on Tra Bhui’s deck and watch the world go by.
Having previously purchased sails from R&J Sails I had been
really impressed with the quality of their workmanship and their attention to
detail.
After exchanging a number of e-mails a deal was struck and
before the winter of 2013 had set in Tra Bhui had a new blue cover
